We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal PA to join our prestigious International Law Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our legal team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal executives
- Manage and coordinate legal documentation and correspondence
- Maintain and organize legal files and records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team members
- Assist in preparing and proofreading legal documents and contracts
- Handle communication with clients, external parties, and regulatory authorities
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information as needed
- Assist in billing and invoicing processes as required
- Ensure adherence to legal procedures and compliance with regulations

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Legal PA or similar role in a reputable legal firm
- In-depth understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field is preferred
