Maintenance Coordinator

Job description / Role

• Understanding the maintenance processes& procedures.
• Monitoring the alarms via several workstation.
• Reviewing Service request and Opening CMMS work order for the fault raised by the operation or maintenance.
• Assigning the Work Order to the respective Technical Section and Update the work order.
• Report the emergency and accident events to the Project Director and P&P section manager.
• Working alongside the operation to ensure efficient maintenance activities.
• Supporting maintenance team in applying the emergency permit to work & Train Request
• Supporting technical section in planning of the preventive maintenance.
• Ensuring the CMMS data quality.

Requirements

• Office computer hard- and software
• MS Office and CMMS
• Has a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or applied statistics and three years of working experience
• Has experience of working in projects and preferably in the public transportation business
• Has good command of both the spoken and written English language
• Has good computer skills and knowledge of CMMS software
• Firefighting, fire prevention, first aid
• Safety rules & regulations
• CMMS
