Job description / Role
Summary
The role holder is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of external recruitment by coordinating with relevant Sectors for identifying vacancies, ensuring availability of updated job descriptions, developing and communicating job postings to headhunters, recruitment agencies.
Key Responsibilities
•Participates in the development and implementation of the Recruitment plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
•Directs and manages the External Recruitment Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
•Interprets and implements Development in the External Recruitment Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
•Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in External Recruitment Section.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience Required
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
•Professional certifications in HR from internationally recognized bodies such as CIPD and SHRM
•A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
•Must be a Saudi National
•Prior experience in managing external recruitment process in a large organization, preferably in the telecommunications industry
•Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
•Good quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
•Strong planning and decision making
•Good coordination skills
•Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
•Knowledge of relevant psychometric assessment tools
•Good command of written and spoken English essential
