Infrastructure Design Manager with extensive background in delivering marine design packages with proven leadership skills and technical abilities in effectively delivering large scale projects.

The client is a real estate public development entity based in Saudi Arabia focusing on tourism, ultra-luxury and hospitality based assets.
Description
* Managing top-tier design consultancies for marine infrastructure, including projects related to islands, ports, etc.
* Needs to have an extensive experience in marine design, strong leadership skills, and technical experience.
* Develop innovative solutions for building islands, connecting them through various infrastructure elements, and addressing the challenges of moving water and land.
* Lead and mentor a team of marine designers and engineers, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, consultants and contractors.

The Marine Infrastructure Design Manager will be responsible for leading the management and delivery of large-scale developments.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, architecture or engineering.
* A minimum of 12 years of experience in marine design, with a substantial portion focused on pre-construction, dredging, and port infrastructure.
* Have knowledge of marine design principles to guide the front-end design process, ensuring feasibility, compliance, and efficiency.
* Led marine design projects from conceptualisation to completion.
