Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Corporate Branding & Marketing:
• Assesses the various organizational operating parameters to develop a strategic marketing / branding / communications plan in order to assist the organization in achieving its organizational goals and targets.
• Provides strategic direction and leads the development (or updation) and articulation of corporate brand by identifying and articulating the desired brand elements / attributes.
• Provides strategic directions, owns and leads the development of a consolidated corporate branding plan.
• Oversees the identification of requisite marketing initiatives in order to drive the overall corporate brand; and assists with LoB specific marketing initiatives (as and when assistance is required)
• Ensures the development of overall branding, marketing and communication guidelines / manuals etc. to be followed by LoBs
• Provides direction and assists in developing LoB specific guidelines in line with the overall guidelines.
• Ensures that concerned LoB / Departments adhere to applicable corporate marketing & communication guidelines.
• Ensures that all critical internal and external communications (including content review) are aligned with the overall guidelines
• Ensures that applicable best and leading practices are adopted across the organization.
• Oversees all marketing & communications related agency / vendor management (acts as the centralized control entity) while ensuring the development and operationalization of guidelines and procedures for agency / vendor usage corresponding for marketing & communication.

CRM & Marketing Research:
• Leads the development of the center / function for strategic intelligence (marketing & communications related) and marketing excellence.
• Leads the creation of a company-wide CRM by driving collection and consolidation of customer data from Hospitality, Property/Realty, Call Center Data mining etc.)
• Provides direction with regards to the analysis of the data, generates consumer insights for enabling cross sell across LoBs and incorporates findings into synergy initiatives
• Identifies key aspects from CRM analysis to develop and implement customer experience enhancement initiatives across the Company
• Shares LoB specific CRM insights and provides guidance in articulating asset-specific marketing programs
• Monitors the impact of critical corporate communication initiatives / campaigns, feedback on the corporate brand perception/image, effectiveness of corporate public relations, social initiatives.

Requirements

• Saudi National
• 10+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry, with a minimum of 5 years in marketing development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
• Proven success in managing CRM development projects for leading companies in KSA
• Fluent in English and French is a plus
