Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Deliver sales volume target and profitability and responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs aligned with strategic business plan.

Extensive traveling across GCC region.
Middle east experience and Polyurethanes experience ( Isocyanates - Flexible Slab Business) is very essential.

Requirements

1. Coordinate with product management and sales units in developing product pricing and sales plan to align and consolidate efforts and plans.
2. Collaborate with the sales division in the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customers segments.
3. Partner with sales to achieve new product gains by promoting products in key accounts.
4. Coordinate with the product management division to develop a marketing mix of value-added chemical and plastics products that will successfully target customers.
5. Define market position and market plans for existing products as well as launch execution strategy, brand strategy and value proposition for line extensions, and minor product modifications and new products.
6. Conduct market research, market analysis and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and develop marketing plan and activities accordingly.
