Marketing Manager, KSA

Our Marketing team in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager, based out of Riyadh. In the candidate we are looking at someone who has proven expertise in developing and executing marketing programmes, across customer touchpoints, and in generating new ideas and partnerships that drive new business opportunities.

In her/him, we are looking at someone with a background in Retail Marketing with at least 7-8 years of experience. We need someone who understands Retail and the Saudi market well - understands the core target audience, their shopping missions and is able to leverage on local partnerships to drive traffic. It's also imperative this person understands Strategic Marketing - from Segmenting and positioning to building robust communication strategies for the local market.

The role reports into the Business head for the KSA region and works very closely with the Head of Marketing at the HO. It will also engage with other business teams including Retail, E-Commerce, Visual Merchandising etc., bringing in alignment and consistency in marketing execution.

The core deliverables of the role will be:

- Develop strategies and manage the execution of existing marketing programs. Consistently build new initiatives to drive traffic, invoice count, leading to business growth.

- Work closely with the National Country Business Head and Head of Marketing on building the territory plans that are aligned with the business & brand objectives.

- Produce valuable and engaging local insights on changing customer behaviors - needs, perceptions and their evolving shopping journeys.

- Develop new partnerships and alliances to drive new customer acquisitions and incremental business opportunities.

- Manage the territory marketing calendar. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

- Drive campaigns, both trade & brand marketing initiatives through the most relevant channels - from traditional mass media to new age digital & social channels, CRM programmes, PR, Influencer Management and all other forms of lead generation vehicles.

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a periodic basis and allocate funds to channels as per defined business and marketing priorities.

- Oversee and approve local marketing execution, from store collaterals to advertising materials and artworks.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
