Employment: Full Time

Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to acquire new patients and enhance our online presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our performance marketing efforts align with our business goals and deliver measurable results.

Description

* Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on patient acquisition, lead generation, and ROI optimization.
* Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media advertising, display, and retargeting.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
* Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
* Collaborate with content and technical teams to optimize website performance.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other marketing analytics platforms.
* Prepare regular reports and present insights to leadership, recommending actionable improvements.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
* Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and online lead generation.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and tools.
* Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
* Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team.
* Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
