Employment: Full Time

The Marketing & Sales Director should develop and implement a marketing & sales strategy to meet the business objectives. He should manage the sales teams, and ensure that all sales and profit targets are attained. He should ensure that a quality sales and customer support service provided to all clients, and that processes and systems are continually improved.He should develop & maintain good working relations with manufacturers, attract new manufacturers & engage in all negotiations. he should manage and train sales staff to bring the quality of salesmanship in line with Company standards.

Requirements

Candidate should be a management graduate from a recognized University, and should be fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic. Must be computer literate in a Windows environment.

he must have at least 10 years of work experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in a sales management position, with profit and loss responsibility, ideally for a medical equipment company. At least 3 years experience in Saudi Arabia is preferable.
