Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Required to join an expanding Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives. Gather requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions.
- Lead the implementation of IBM Maximo software, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Develop and deploy custom applications, workflows, and reports as per client needs.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement. Conduct system assessments, analyze data, and propose recommendations to enhance Maximo functionalities.
- ·Provide training to end-users and client stakeholders on Maximo functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system-related issues.

Middle East experience is NOT required - this is an excellent opportunity to get some experience in the region.

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science / IT or similar
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Maximo modules, including Asset Management, Work Order Management, Inventory Management, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Proficiency in Maximo customization tools, such as Automation Scripting, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and Application Designer.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Relevant certifications in Maximo or related technologies are highly desirable
