Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx Middle East are looking to source a Medical and Operations Manager to be based in Riyadh. Our client is a successful local medical company, specializing in clinics and medical centres.
In this role, you will be in charge of a small but growing number of medical clinics in Riyadh, reporting to the CEO.
Among other things, the role will include:
• General management over the branches, managing teams
• Full P&L responsibility, ensuring optimal costs and financial effectiveness
• Providing strategic direction, development and implementation of business plan
• Responsible for implementing new processes to drive efficiency and sales
• This role will include some travel across Saudi and the wider GCC
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
• Must come from a medical background (Degree in Medicine)
• Previous/current experience managing clinics and/or medical centres
• Excellent knowledge of profit and loss, financial data
• Proven leadership skills, able to manage a team
• Fluent in English and Arabic
