Pulse International is looking for secretaries for a 600 bed hospital in Dammam. There are posts available at basic and senior level.
The successful candidates will have excellent secretarial skills and be fully competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Certification of formal computer training would be an advantage and for the senior posts a Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent in secretarial services is required. Experience in a secretarial role in a large hospital / healthcare facility is essential and for the senior posts 4 years experience is required.
The successful candidates will provide secretarial and receptionist services to Heads of Department – and others as required – and will maintain an electronic calendar system for appointments as well as handling all office matters such as supplies and dealing with requests.
