MEP Project Manager

Job description / Role

Stand alone MEP Project Manager required for a complex & fast track 75,000 Sq Ft Fit Out in Riyadh – KSA.

Working alongside the Project Director you will have full autonomy for the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Packages across the 35 Floors of Fit Out in Central RIYADH.

HAVE you worked for Main Contractors or MEP Sub Contractor in the Region handling MEP Sub Contract Packages worth in excess of 125 Million AED + ?

Our client is a Main Contractor with European Management & shareholders. They have a track record globally for Building in the RIGHT WAY!

Reporting into the MEP Operations Manager in the Head Office (In Country) and the onsite Project Director. You will manage both Elec & Mech Construction Managers. Oversee quality , cost , productivity, safety, design and all round management. Our client is open to trades or degree background. You must have delivered such value & complex projects for either Main Contractors or MEP Sub Contractors. Given the quality of some MEP Sub Contractors in the region you will have the EYE FOR DETAIL to really get into all aspects.

The design is well developed but will need tweaking and managing through the process. Therefore D&B Experience within Commercial , Hospitality & Mixed Use Fit Outs is KEY. This client has a reputation for deliver of fast track projects and has quickly seen as the go to for D&B, New Build & Fit Out Projects worth $25-200 Million USD.

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Following is Essential

• Strong communicator capable of handling multiple stakeholders
• KSA Knowledge of supply chain clients & specs is key
• Must be based in the Kingdom or able to relocate from a location that Visas are issued
• Able to plan, asses, coordinate and manage all aspect of works on site
