Job description / Role
• Should be a certified consultant of Dynamics Human Capital Module.
• Should have at least three [3] successful implementations covering the human capital modules as listed in scope.
• Hands-on experience on implementing modules: HR and Payroll (KSA localized) modules.
• Should have working experience on Data Export-Import tools.
• Should have working experience on uploading master data to the system.
• Should have working experience on uploading journals from excel.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of recruitment, talent management, travel management and performance evaluation standards.
• Should be experienced in setting up organizational structure, grades, levels and hierarchies.
• Should be completely familiar of Saudi labour laws to ensure setting the rewards and benefits as mandated by authorities.
• Should have clear understanding of implementing and executing recruitment plans and forecasting as per business requirement.
