Mid / Senior Corporate Lawyer - Law Firm

Job description / Role

JEX Personnel are currently seeking a Mid to Senior Level Corporate Associate for a client of ours in Riyadh. This client has numerous offices in the GCC including Dubai and Riyadh and are looking to expand their Saudi practice with a Senior hire.

The focus will be corporate transactions and proven candidates background will be reflective of this. As this is a mid to senior position you would be expected to work on your own steam without a manager having to constantly follow up with yourself.

In addition there would be some expectation for you to oversea and supervise more junior lawyers.

Salary:
SAR 35,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Candidates will be expected to have:
- Full fluency in both Arabic and English
- At least 5 years of PQE
- Proven track record, ideally in a recognised law firm
- Able to self manage and able to assist more junior lawyers
