Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mobilisation Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Management and oversight of all onboarding activities end to end for KSA initially, with the broader GCC thereafter, to ensure a professional candidate experience
- Partner with Division Leadership to ensure transparency, efforts and focus on meeting strict project resource deadlines
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to understand and manage upcoming hires, including prioritizing commencements and providing applicable mobilization updates on each candidate
- Work closely with Support Division stakeholders to ensure that all new hires have the necessary resources such as IT equipment, systems access, venue access necessary for success
- Display strong knowledge and understanding of the local labor market and requirements
- Development of support materials such as New Joiner Packs and Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide personalized after care to employees to facilitate their relocation such as assisting with opening bank accounts, rental guidance, dependent support etc.
- Other responsibilities assigned by HR Leadership.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 10 years' career experience in an HR role with at least 2 to 3 years in a fast-paced position focused on onboarding new hires.
- Ideally applicants will hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in onboarding activities is essential and an understanding of local regulations on mobility is desired.
