Job description / Role
MS Dynamics CRM techno-functional consultant with strong experience in CRM implementations with MS Dynamics CRM. Will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and processes, mapping them to the system's capabilities, conducting fit-gap analysis, and documenting solution design. You'll manage the End-to-End delivery activities with onshore and offshore delivery teams.

* Manage and conduct end-user training
* Manage project financials and resources (onshore and offshore)
* Maintain and develop knowledge and understanding of the new features in MS Dynamics 365

Requirements
* 8+ years of total IT and system integration experience in CRM solutions
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing MS Dynamics CRM solutions
* 5+ years in designing and solutioning end-to-end MS Dynamics CRM at a large complex scale
* Strong experience in pre-sales activities and shaping deals/solutions related to MS Dynamics CRM
* Experience in CRM complex architecture and integration with various enterprise applications
* Deep understanding of different deployment types (on-premise vs cloud) and the offering/configurations for each one
* Understanding of Microsoft roadmap for MS Dynamics 365
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
