Position Purpose:
To execute specific area objectives which deliver sustainable growth of sales via:
• Territory planning and organization
• Effective resource management
• Development and motivation of field forces

Primary Accountabilities:
• Liaison with HMT to agree and define sales strategies and targets
• Develops and gains agreement to sales strategies, plans and budgets to ensure the realization of sales objectives
• Builds, leads, and develops sales teams and networks to meet or exceed set targets and profit margin objectives
• Manage overall profitability of the region and ensure maximum ROI on trade spend
• Provide leadership, expertise, and advice on field team matters to ensure business objectives are supported with the right strategy.
• Manage sales monitoring process and competitor activity to assess the effectiveness of sales plans & strategies.
• Develop criteria for a MT Account and qualify Groups and Customers into the channel
• Manage the execution of specific plans initiated by the Customer Business Management Teams
• Monitor operational efficiency and ensure coverage in line with Customer demand
• Negotiate annual agreement and activity plans for KA's without dedicated business teams

Requirements
