Employment: Full Time

National Key Account Manager is responsible for key account sales across the Kingdom. This role is accountable for acquiring new customers and achieving the sales targets for entire kingdom from key accounts. He / She maintains excellent relationships with customers and manages the business development agreements across regions

Description
* Participate in building the sales strategy of the company
* Create and propose annual sales plans for key accounts basis experience, historical trends and market scenario
* Prepare, propose and control the sales budget with financial and resource requirements for achieving the annual sales targets
* Cascade annual and monthly sales targets to regional sales teams
* Understand market trends and provide recommendations on brand positioning, pricing and promotions
* Own, implement and ensure compliance of the key account sales processes and policies
* Coach and guide the sales and merchandising teams to provide best-in-class customer service
* Collaborate with supply chain and accounts departments to ensure that key account customers are dealt as high priority
* Review daily sales results across regions and adapt sales strategy to maximise the revenue from key accounts
* Monitor implementation of branding and merchandising activities. Leverage customer relationships to enhance the impact of these activities

Requirements

* 12+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales leadership role at an FMCG company
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Sales/ Marketing Majors
* Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language
* Preferably a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Sales/ Marketing
