Job description / Role
Network Manager - Saudi Arabia - USD 5000 - 6000 per month + Benefits
Client is a one of the largest companies in GCC is looking for a experienced Network Manager to play a critical role in ensuring effective project delivery and support for all network architecture and devices within the KSA network. The role will ensure IT support to the business users and network systems in terms of troubleshooting incidents and providing level 1/2/3 issue resolution related to network configuration in routers, switches, firewalls and other network devices.
*Must have GCC Experience*
Operational Responsibilities
- Project delivery of all network related systems within KSA
- Effectively manage all incidents and take it to resolution
- Adherence to ITIL framework and processes
- Perform incident management for all issues and ensure all calls are logged in the SD+ tool
- Ensure timely response and resolution of all Service Requests and Incident Requests
- Determine and set priorities as per business need and impact & escalate to the Service Delivery Manager as required
- Compliance to SLAs as agreed with the business
Requirements
- Excellent Knowledge and experience project delivery and support related to network systems and architecture for a Retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers
- Good Knowledge of project management methodologies and ITIL process framework
- Must have relevant experience in Networks system and architecture
- Must have CISCO certification and experience in CISCO Networking technology.
