Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Reports to Network Development Manager
• Plots the Area / Market Allocated on Google earth.
• Makes district wise survey of stations / lands available on rent / sale
• Makes realistic estimates of fuel sales and Back-court Business.
• Develops repo in market with real estate agents
• Establishes contacts inside Institutions for both stations and back-court business.
• Keeps track of competitors in assigned area and assesses impact on business.
• Prepares feasibility study of stations/ lands of interest.
• Manages end to end station / land acquisition from concept to final contract.
• Maintains strong and efficient paper work regarding stations and keeps an up to date filing system.
• Submits a weekly report at end of working week and monthly progress report at end of each working month.
• Maintains efficient data of stations and landlords / tenants.
• Keeps track of expiring leases and their exit / renewal clauses.

Requirements

• At least graduate in business administration from a good institute.
• Essentially bilingual.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• 3 to 5 Years of GCC experience.
• Preferably experience of real estate and/or fuel retail sector
• Strong MS Excel skills in particular and MS office in general.
• Report writing skills
• Basic site survey skill
• Performs under pressure.
• Working with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in multicultural organization.
