Job description / Role
- Should have experience & responsibilities in wide range of industrial safety, planning, execution, supervising operation & maintenance and trouble shooting of all equipment.
- Organize, maintain, support and optimize the preventive maintenance and plan corrective maintenance.
- Ensure parts, tools and spares needed for planned and emergency maintenance are ordered, authorized and approved.
- Lead, Manage production and economic activities of the Maintenance Team to ensure they meet all QHSE, Integrity, Corporate Assurance, Operational and Budgetary goals.
- Responsible for the technical budgetary planning, technical bid proposals and clarifications liaise with company clients and support for commissioning of new and modified plant.
- Responsible delivery of performance standards, maintenance plans and the organizing of multi-functional maintenance disciplines.
- Ensure technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets, fulfillment of relevant repair schedules, safe and healthy labor conditions.
- Should have group leadership qualities, good communicating skills and develop very professional coordination with clients to fulfil all contractual obligations and customer care relationship.
- Ensure smooth work of the team and fulfillment of repair tasks within the established timeframe.
Requirements
- Should have 15 years of experience in operations and maintenance of water facilities, MBR/STP, Water treatment plants, Pump Stations and other facilities.
- Must have 10 plus years of Saudi Aramco work experience.
- Should have Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering for Plants Trouble-Shooting & Technical Analysis or equivalent.
- Effective communicator and leadership.
- Strong negotiation and decision making.

- Results driven with a positive outlook and commercial understanding.
- Hard working and dynamic.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
