Job description / Role
The core EPC activities of alfanar Construction are in the fields of:
- Power and Water Projects
- Transmission and Distribution Projects
- Building Construction (Industrial & Commercial) Projects
- Electro-Mechanical projects
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize project documentation
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management in English
- Collaborate with departments for seamless on-site administrative activities
- Maintain accurate records related to project documentation and meetings
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Generate regular reports on site activities, progress, and challenges
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of any discipline
- 1-4 years of experience in site administration within the construction field and projects
- Good English level (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with document control processes and tools
- Knowledge of construction and project management terminology and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
