Operation Manager

Job description / Role

• The operation manager will be an exceptional, strong, and diverse leader, who is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of scaffolding activities according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• The OM will ensure consistent, efficient, and effective day-to-day operation to ensure projects run smoothly and, as a business we run at maximum productivity.
• Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment and goals.
• This role will also include a customer liaison and relationship management component with a view to developing additional business opportunities through on-site relationships.
• Formulating operation department strategy

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 31,250 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or Equivalent degree.
• 10+ Years’ experience in the construction field.
• Assisting clients’ senior management teams in the overall planning and supervision of projects.
• Having ultimate decision-making authority for RGS site issues relating to labour, material, management, and disputes (while working with RGS Scaffolding manager and Project leaders)
