Currently at a headcount of 250+ employees in Riyadh, this role is open to Saudi Nationals at a junior level looking to gain experience in a professional MNC, or fresh graduates taking their first step into employment.

Joining a team of 4 and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the facilities and operational divisions of the business with a varied range of duties. This includes ensuring all pantry and stationary supplies are purchased and maintained, managing external vendors, processing invoices on the internal system, ensuring consistently high standards of presentation in all meeting rooms and supporting these meetings with reprographics including printing, binding, copying, scanning, and uploading of documents. You will also be on hand to perform reception duties and assist the mail room with dispatch and courier collections.

Part of the role will also include performing basic heath and safety checks such as testing of emergency equipment, first aid kit supplies and the completion of weekly maintenance reports. As you will be part of the operational team there may also be a requirement for you to attend the office outside of normal working hours (including late nights and weekends) for any planned maintenance or emergency situations, along with the management team.

Requirements

This Operations Associate role requires those who are flexible and keen to learn a broad range of tasks. You will ideally be degree educated, possess excellent bilingual communication skills and be proficient in all of the MS Office suite. This is a fast-paced environment where team work is essential, so those with focus and a service orientated approach are best suited to this position.
