Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Section Manager to obtain Section's raw materials requirements and liaise with contractors to ensure timely and adequate delivery of raw materials on site and timely preparation of additives and supervise delivery of contractors' work.
- Ensure that capacity is being utilized as per plan by closely following up on day-to-day operational activities and flagging any deviation from plan.
- Draft operational procedures with respect to changes and guidelines for operators and submit to Section Manager for review.
- Liaise with sales to determine customer requests and priority in scheduling after plant shutdown situations, establish whether Operations can meet customer requirements and discuss options with Deputy Section Manager.
- Prepare the production schedule for the section on a day-to-day basis based on Sales priorities and communicate production schedule to Shift supervisors.
- Conduct verification on products to determine if they meet specifications and report any deviation from standards to Deputy Section Manager.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Section Head.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- High School or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 15 years' experience as an operator in Refinery Plant & a minimum of 2 years' worth of console operator's experience.
- Excellent English skills (Verbal and Writing).
- Ability to handle process plant safety and related safety management
- Strong Coordination skills
