Operations Director – Facilities Management Service Provider – Riyadh, KSA
Our client is a leading high profile, KSA based FM service provider. They are currently seeking an Operations Director to help manage the facilities management service delivery across their expanding property portfolio. The role will be based in Riyadh, KSA, covering the whole of the Kingdom. Candidates should be experienced in managing a blue collar team, ideally for both TFM (Hard and Soft services). Candidates should be familiar with performance based contracts, containing KPIs and SLAs and have the ability to manage and oversee the day to day operation, delivering a first class service across multiple sites from both his direct team and all sub contractors.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Degree qualified ideally in any discipline
• Facilities Management or maintenance experience
• Knowledge and Understanding of performance based FM contracts containing KPIS and SLAs
• Experience of managing or overseeing a blue collar team
• Good communicator
• Commercial acumen
