About the Client:
A leading large-scale operation and maintenance services company in Saudi Arabia. Providing full operational guidance and maintenance services (mechanical, electrical, contracting, etc.) across all industries.
Job Description:
• Manage and support for all relevant technical specifications and scopes, QA/QC requirements, and operating procedures in FM delivery
• Monitor, record, and verify operations and maintenance activities with KPI’s requirements
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Interact with client’s QA department, customer service, CAFM helpdesk team, and service providers for continuous improvement
• Handle all the FM operations for all Bus Network facilities corresponding to all types of installations, MEP equipment’s, furniture, etc.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic, UK, and South African candidates
• Male, 55 years old and below
• Must be a Qualified Engineer B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience; 10 years in management and 5 years in operations and maintenance
• Proficient in CAFM (Computer-aided Facility Management) system
• Strong experience in delivering SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) & KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) via CAFM system
• Must have a valid GCC Driver’s license
