Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
Search and implement programs and initiatives to align key business trends and directions through use of organizational effectiveness tools.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply organizational structures design principles and standards to ensure the Group and subsidiaries organization structures are designed in a professional manner.
- Review the organizational structures at the Group and subsidiaries periodically keeping in mind the overall business strategy, and suggest the required changes in the structure that support business strategy.
- Follow up the adjustment of the organizational structures after being endorsed by the Top Management as per the authority matrices, and ensure that these structures are circulated to the departments concerned in the Group and subsidiaries.
- Manage the organizational development studies, and benchmark with organizational structures of similar companies, to be capitalized in the development of Group’s organizational structure.
- Introduce new motivation and work environment initiatives and support their implementation.
- Introduce new OD initiatives that can improve performance and productivity.
- Develop and update authority matrices in the Group, and work on suggesting any required amendments in a manner that reflects the changes occurred to the organizational structures and according to the approved processes.
- Collect data required to develop job descriptions at the Group in coordination with Department Heads.
- Update the job descriptions at the Group periodically as per business requirements and changes.
- Participate in the development of HR policies, processes, and procedures at the Group and subsidiaries and update it upon need.
- Conduct continuous search and implement of modern best practices of HR policies.
- Support in the implementation of the annual Action Operating Plan ‘’AOP” for HR & OD Department with proper engaging program, and cost optimization.
- Support in the annual appraisal process as requested by the OD Manager and in coordination with L&D Specialist.
- Support in the setting of HR team goals and KPIs.
- Participate in the analysis of employees’ turnover, develop and execute corrective action plans to minimize employees’ attrition rate.
- Participate in the development of the succession plan.
- Perform data analysis, compiling, and reporting of talent management initiatives and develop conclusions and make recommendations for improvements.
- Other duties as requested by the OD Manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR development. Must be based in Jeddah with experience in KSA.
- Languages: English, Arabic is a must
