Job description / Role
My client, an exciting project in Riyadh is looking for an Organisational Development and Manpower Planning specialist to join their new established HR team.
The role will be working with the senior management team advising on the organisation design, job evaluation and manpower planning.

Requirements
In order to be successful in this role:
* Educated to minimum undergraduate degree level, preferably you will also have a Masters
* Strong understanding of organisation development theories and frameworks including Process Consultation and how to apply within the corporate environment
* Ability to gain deep organisational insight from qualitative analysis
* Previous experience of working as an OD Consultant
* Previous experience in manpower planning and budgeting
* Must have experience in UK, USA, Australia or Europe.
