Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organization Development Lead to join our company. The Organization Development Lead will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and supporting strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing programs and processes that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and facilitate continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and programs that promote employee engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address them.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other initiatives to support leadership development, team building, and employee growth.
- Lead change management efforts by providing guidance, tools, and resources to help employees and teams navigate and adapt to organizational changes.
- Conduct organizational assessments, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve team dynamics, communication, and collaboration.
- Align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coach and mentor leaders and managers on effective leadership practices, performance management, and employee development.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proven experience (10 years) in human resources, organization development, talent management, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of organization development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops on leadership development, team building, and employee growth.
