Job description / Role
The OD Specialist manages the company’s organization chart and structure, jobs, positions, manpower level and ensure their alignment with the company’s strategies. He evaluates jobs, maintains job descriptions, conduct process improvement studies, and benchmark company workforce (Full Time Equivalency) with current market. Candidates has to have an excellent communication skills to present and discuss to executives and other management teams.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is required with a minimum of 14 years of experience in the field. A Master degree in a related field is a plus for this job and will add value.
Priority will be given to Saudi nationals.
