Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Saudi National or other Nationality with Transferable Iqama

To assist in the achievement of ZIIC HR objectives through the timely and effective delivery of assigned functions or projects in the areas of training and development, organizational development, policy formulation, performance management, and staffing (recruitment and promotion)

Requirements

- Graduate of a 4-year university degree preferably in Business, Industrial Psychology/Behavioral Studies, Education, Management or Mass Communication.
- Postgraduate studies or special courses preferred. International training certification is a definite advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in a proactive HR role with a demonstrated capacity for identifying and implementing HR solutions in a demanding business operation, preferably in manufacturing or services
- Must be at least 28 years old

Other Qualifications:
- Project administration skills
- Familiarity with standard statistical and analytical tools

Computer Literacy:
- High-level proficiency in MS Office.

Communication skills requirement:
- Fluency in oral and written English

Personal / Organizational competencies requirement:
- Results-orientation and follow-through
- Customer service focus and problem-solving skills
- Can work with minimum supervision

Others:
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual work environment
- Ability to multi-task and deliver adequately against tight deadlines
