Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: To manage and act as a representative of the Law Firm (assigned either as 1.Finance Representative; 2.Public Relations & Documentary Representative; or 3.Employee Affairs Representative).

Main responsibilities:
• Coordinates the firm’s practice among its co-lawyers.
• Attends meeting and Clients visits
• Promulgates and oversees compliance with firm policies and procedures.
• Monitors the firm’s financial performance.
• Ensures the firm’s compliance with ethical standards.
• Oversees the hiring and orientation of new personnel
• Oversees the evaluation and professional development of personnel.
• Monitors the efficient usage of infrastructure and all resources of the firm.
• Meets with the associates and support staff of the firm
• Ensures compliance with legal obligations
• Nominate teams
• Has the authority to delegate and transfer tasks, assignments or work to lawyers

Gross monthly base salary: 22,000- 25,000 (SAR)

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Degree from a Shari’ah college, bachelor of law from one of the Kingdom’s universities,
• Other certifications obtained: Post-graduate Diploma of legal studies from the Institute of Public Administration.
• Nature and length of previous experience: Experience not less than 15 years in Legal Field
• Specialist knowledge: Understanding of Commercial Law, Labor law, and legislative drafting. Providing support in advising from a legal perspective on business transactions. Preparing legal document such as briefs, pleading, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, buy-sell agreements and so forth.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Ability for leadership, analysis and business achievement follow up. Ability in innovation and negotiation, devolution and team building.
• Gender Preference: Any
• Nationality Preference: Preferably Saudi
• Language Fluency: A fluency in both in Arabic and English
• Current Location: Saudi Arabia- Riyadh and Jeddah
