This is an excellent opportunity to join the Jeddah based Head Office of a leading Saudi Arabian construction company. Established for over 20 years this company is a market leader and has over 4,000 staff.
They are currently seeking to expand their HR/ Finance team through the addition of a highly qualified and experienced Payroll Accountant to manage the payroll manager and the payroll team.
This organization has recently implemented SAP and so they are seeking an experienced SAP HCM user to provide leadership and direction to the payroll team. Previous experience of the construction / contracting industry and work experience within KSA is essential.
They are seeking a Professionally Qualified Payroll Manager (Chartered, CPA, ACCA) with a minimum of 3 year’s experience of payroll management. Bi-lingual Arabic/ English would be preferred.
You will need excellent previous SAP experience ideally some previous experience within a construction/ contracting company environment.
You will be comfortable communicating both at a senior manager level and with the staff within the organization. An ability to build strong relationships across a multi-site organization is essential.
