Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs. Provide strategic advice and insights to drive effective people strategies that support business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Organizational Development: Assess organizational needs and facilitate change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and team dynamics.
- Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the Total Rewards team to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner preferably in a multinational or complex organizational setting.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, including performance management and employee development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
