Job description / Role
My client, a multinational consulting firm, is looking for People & Change Management Consultants to join their team in Riyadh, KSA within 2 weeks time frame.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing client relationships by understanding their business goals
- A broad understanding of organisational change with specific experience in talent management, leadership & development, coaching and/or action learning
- Strong strategic acumen with the capacity to quickly understand complex business issues, combined with an impressive academic record and proven commercial experience within a global consultancy or in house role
- Exceptional client management skills with demonstrated experience developing strong relationships with C-suite executives, and their HR/OD teams
Requirements
- Previous Consulting Experience within People & Change Management Arena
- A proven track record in creating a broad range of strategic talent development solutions (including organisational and cultural transformation, executive and leadership development and performance management) that enable companies to meet their strategic and corporate objectives
