My client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Performance Executive to support the Digital Performance Manager in running paid media campaigns and optimizing our online presence.

Description

* Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms.
* Collaborate with the Digital Performance Manager to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall digital strategy.
* Support in managing the monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Monitor campaign costs and provide regular updates to the Digital Performance Manager.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
* Assist in preparing performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights.
* Work closely with the Digital Performance Manager to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
* Support in implementing A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, ad creative, and engagement.
* Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns.
* Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.

Requirements

* 7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
* Preferred industry background in an agency setting.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Some experience in digital marketing, preferably in managing paid media campaigns.
* Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
* Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
