• Payroll life cycle
• Validate the Monthly Payroll to finance department & inter Personal account payment/deductions to finish the Payroll.
• Experience in ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX – Payroll.
• Knowledge of KSA Labor Law.
• Organize the priorities of the task to be processed in time.
• Verification of documents in new employee’s files to upload in Employees Master Data.
• Confirm the GOSI calculation to Finance Department for Payment
• Vacation Calculation / Final Settlement/ Expense Claims & Per-diems
• Priority to Saudi National
• Degree - preferable in HR/Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX - Payroll
• Master in Excel Sheet.
• Well organized & Planning
• English Language
