Responsibilities:

• Developing and producing baseline programs focused on PMO department plans.
• Monitoring and updating progress, progress reporting.
• Review and feedback of third party programmes.
• Demonstrable experience of identifying and assessing delay.
• Demonstrable ability of creating master and implementing programs which incorporate the planning requirements of the contract.
• Leading workshops and meetings.
• Work closely with design and construction teams to develop coordinated deliverables, methodologies, logistic strategies and phasing plans.

Requirements

• BTEC National Certificate in Construction.
• Higher National Certificate in Building Studies
• PMO Systems experience (Proliance, AMPS)
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Certified & Experienced in P6
• Implementation of dashboards automation in PMOs
• Excellent knowledge in various programming software - Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Project planning processes for PMO departments
• Detailed quantities and logistic analysis.
• Master programming – PMO: planning design, procurement and pre-construction
