Job description / Role
• Develop the Project Baseline Schedule;
• Analyze Planning data as required to achieve time-based and resource-based schedule
• Maintain progress data on assigned projects and to prepare progress reports and Forecasts
• To produce the Project resource Plan as required.
• Monitor and update the project deliverables and Trackers.
• Micro plans and work schedules for key major activities
• To review the Subcontractors/suppliers Schedule & Updates.
• Prepare Bidding schedule for the Projects during Tendering Stage
• Prepare the required forecasts including invoicing forecasts
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
