Job description / Role
Client is a leading interior fit out contractor is seeking a Planning manager / Head of planning to join their operations in Saudi.
Looking after multiple project teams across Saudi, with values SR 100m+
Reporting into the projects director
Must be living in Saudi with a transferable IQAMA (please don't apply if you don't have this due to visa allocations)
Salary negotiable but will be in the region of SR 30-35,000
Requirements
- Degree (engineering desired but not essential)
- Transferable IQAMA (essential)
- Primera 6 (P6)
- Preparing master schedule & the baseline schedule.
- Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
- Budget allocation for the project and its sub-elements
- Prepares cash flow, charts & histograms.
- Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline
- Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team and support the team to take the appropriate corrective actions and recovery plans.
