Job description / Role
The Plant Manager will report directly to the COO and will manage a plant of 80/90 employees with 3 direct report, the Production Manager, the Material Handling Manager and the Maintenance Manager. Altogether responsible for the coordination, management of the plant operations.

Description
* Directing the workforce in day-today operations
* Production planning and implementation
* Ensure smooth flow of overall operations across all plants & provide technical inputs and trouble shoot issues when required
* Ensure that the products meet all the quality requirements
* Ensure that timely and accurate maintenance is done
* Cost and budgeting control
* Responsible for operating and capital budgeting
* Responsible for generation of operating reports
* Ensure safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations
* Verify that all production, handling and transportation equipment comply with safety regulations
* Safety of the workforce and complying with and exceeding all applicable environmental regulation
* Job will require occasional traveling assignments

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in technical field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience managing operations in a heavy industrial environment
* Exceptional leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluency in English is a must
