Job description / Role
Playing a leading consultative role in CH2M’s Programme Management Office Team to help the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia deliver its ambitious transformation strategy towards its national vision of 2030.
Based full time in the Riyadh PMO Delivery office and working alongside principle policy making authorities, the role of CH2M’s PMO will be to streamline, oversee and provide top level guidance towards planning, designing and the execution of projects throughout the Kingdom.
Duties
As the PMO HSE Manager and working alongside the clients appointed HSE Manager you will be providing support and technical expertise across a number of municipal sector projects pertaining to Infrastructure Projects (drainage networks, roads, traffic management, buildings, recreation parks etc), Waste Management, Storm Water Management and Urban and Rural Planning.
Acting as the main HSE Specialist for CH2M you will be carrying out the study and design of projects advising the client on; the latest HSE emerging best practices, project resources, operational effectiveness, training and development of staff.
Requirements
Successful candidates must be fluent in Arabic and possess a PhD or Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with at least 15 years’ experience covering major infrastructure projects, ideally municipality focused.
You must also be able to manage senior stakeholders and ideally across multiple international projects.
Previous experience of working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would be highly advantageous.
