Job description / Role

A new state of the art school in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Primary Principal to join their talented team.

The Principal serves as the educational leader and is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, safe and orderly learning environment, supervising faculty and staff and managing all resources in accordance with the school's mission, goals and policies and the PYP Programme.

The school serves boarding and day students with a world class education and providing a strong focus on cocurricular activities. The school's vision is to create a genuinely twenty first century learning environment in which highly experienced teaching staff use project based learning and a range of other proven instructional teaching methodologies to equip Saudi youth with the cognitive, academic and social skills that they require in order to gain entry to the best higher education institutes across the world and to become pioneers of the Kingdom's future.

Requirements

- Master's degree/certification in Educational Administration or the equivalent preferred.
- Deep understanding and experience of the PYP program
- Successful teaching and school administrative experience, preferably in an international setting
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Leads the IBO Primary Years Programme Coordinator to ensure program adherence and vertical and horizontal curricular articulation and alignment.
