Process Engineer - Telecom

Job description / Role

• Establish , review & control, KCP & All MS processes
• Responsible for ensuring the quality operation job by auditing process
• Responsible to manage MS Documents managements
• Analysis of actions on extra MS work actives
• Spot check & verify periodically SC working process, SPM, Tools of SC ,SC resource, SC resource skill to ensure the process .
• Provisioning of O&M scheduled reports ,
• Analysis the network fault level, ensure fault level Definition & working as per regulation
• Generate weekly reports for tasks carried out
• Overall managing related activities, issues, etc. and being able to ensure the quality of related region’s tasks from A to Z.

• Fluent English speaker
• Analytical and investigation technique.

Experience
• 3-4 years of telecom working experience
• Visio knowledge
• Good knowledge Network maintenance /Telecom /GSM
• Preparing Process experienced will added advantage
• Some knowledge of network performance topology, traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics
• Some knowledge about network operation processes and interfaces

Education
• 4 Year University degree in technical field/ EEE/Communication/ or 4 year

Other Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English language
