Employment: Full Time

Procurement Assistant (Neom/Trojena)

This is a full-time site-based position at the Trojena project in Neom. We are looking for a candidate available immediately with transferrable iqama and being based in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include:

Procurement Operations:
- Execute procurement processes, collaborate with project team to understand their procurement needs; conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products or services.

Purchase Order Management:
- Generate and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently; ensure timely and cost- effective procurement goods and services; track and report on the status of purchase orders to relevant stakeholders.

Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relations with vendors and suppliers; negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers; evaluate vendors performance.

SAP Expertise:
- Utilize SAP software for procurement activities including creating requisitions, purchase orders and managing vendors information.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal requirements

Requirements

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in commerce
- 6-7 years of experience in procurement roles in construction industry
- Knowledge of SAP procurement modules
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
