Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

• SME will facilitate, manage and lead existing procurement policies and related procedures revamping excitation plan as governance stream leader to deal with the business owner for project implementation and all stakeholders requirements.

OUTCOMES & DELIVERABLES

Following activities are expected from the SME:
• Develop execution plan to lunch the new procurement policies/procedures with implementation method as stream lead point of view.
• Maintain/leading the development / implementation as a project manager / stream lead.
• SME is required to deal with all stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance. etc.) in order to assure the quality of the procurement policies and processes before the implementation and resolve any conflicts may arise.
• Participate in relevant meetings and also facilitate them, if required. and provide MOM to the program manager (business owner).
• Review documents prepared by Bank teams.
• Ensure all designed policies/procedures are aligned with all governance requirements.
• Report on engagement any recommendations by SME.
• Provide proper reporting about the progress to the Business Stakeholders including any SME recommendations.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• The SME should have the following capabilities and qualifications to perform the required service:
• Very Good communication skills and fluency in both Arabic/English languages.
• High experience Business Process Re-engineering (10 years or equivalent).
• Very Good experience in Projects Management.
• High negotiation skills.
• Execution of assigned jobs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to share and explain innovative ideas related policy preparation & Business Process Reengineering.
• Capable to resolve, manage and report the findings.
• Good experience in procurement practices and Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Very good experience to deal with conflicts.
• Most suitable SME will be selected based on assessment/interview/meeting with Bank Business team. Selection will be based on factors such as relevant industry, domain and regional experience, education, ability to work in team environment and vision clarity.
