Procurement Officer

Job description / Role

• Maintaining & updating supplier‘s information.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports
• Ability to work both independently and as a team assistance.
• RFQs process, Comparative statements preparation
• Purchase order processing in system
• Offer & delivery follow ups
• Actively assist and contribute with all interface partners.
• Market Visits as and where needed / asked

• Personal computer and general office software
• Follows the applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
• Follows the applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
• Has a good command of both the spoken and written English language
• Requires good computer skills and knowledge of CMMS software
• Networking, intercultural skills
• Holistic thinking and cross-functional acting
• Firefighting, fire prevention, first aid
