Employment: Full Time

Leading the Digital Solutions Product Team, overseeing strategy, product development, and delivery processes, while actively engaging with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

Description

This position will develop strategy, products, systems and services for internal and external Customers while managing and developing the existing production services to the ensure they operate at the required performance levels.
* Lead the Digital Solutions Product Team, including Solution Designers, Solution Architects and Solution Delivery Managers.
* Proactively engage with Business owners and customers to establish and drive the strategic direction for technology products and solutions based on business goals and market research.
* Liaise with stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements and set priorities for the product team.
* Oversee product delivery processes and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement efforts within the technology function, promoting innovation and operational excellence.
* Perform regular product reviews, assessing performance against KPIs and driving necessary enhancements.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-centric product development within the team.

* Cost Management tools and processes such as Oracle Unifier
* Schedule Management tools and processes such as Primavera P6
* Risk Management tools and processes
* Procurement and Contracts tools and processes
* Actively participate in the development of the department's strategy and goals, as well as establish and drive the execution of initiatives and plans to meet them.
* Accountable for the development of Digital Solutions Product Roadmaps, and associated investment and implementation plans to deliver the required technology products and services for Diriyah's Internal and External customers.
* Determine the Financial and Human Resource requirements during the annual budgeting exercise, advocating for optimal resource allocation based on priorities.
* Monitor the operational performance of the department, compare them to the established objectives and goals, whilst establishing periodic reports and reporting on them to superiors.
* Manage day-to-day activities and operations.
* Refine and ensure proper documentation and implementation of all policies and procedures for the concerned department.
* Monitor subordinates' performance and provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize efficiency, performance and productivity.

People Development/Leadership
* Lead and coach a team of IT professionals overseeing their performance management, talent acquisition, training and development to ensure high levels of engagement, competence and motivated work environment.
* To build a strong team, develop future leaders and ensure a sustainable organization.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
* Master's Degree is a benefit
* PMBOK, PMP, Prince2, ITILv4 Service Management qualifications would be preferable
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Technology, Digital Construction Platforms with 5years of experience in a senior leadership and managerial role.
* Experienced in managing solutions for large scale, complex deployments where high levels of reliability and resilience are a top priority
* Managing and influencing Executives & Senior Leaders and managing multiple teams with varied deliverables.
* Capable of presenting complex technical subjects in a simplified manner to business partners.
* Experience of managing complex technology systems in process driven customer centric industries.
* Experience of transforming a business from legacy on premise solutions to IaaS & SaaS is preferable.
* Implementation and operating knowledge of ITILv4 and ISO20000 is preferable.
